“I have a 1924 60 Ft Abeking Rasmussen Ketch. The name of the sailboat is Arktur. Arktur was designed and built for and by Henry Rasmussen. I would like to get the boat up and running and teach/help Veterans learn how to work in the sailing and motor yacht industry. I am bases in South Florida and have worked in the industry for 12 years and haven’t met that many Veterans, and I would like to change that. I need financial help to get the Arktur in shape to be able to do about stated program.”

I like your objectives and love old timers. When i was stationed at Alameda I had a Lester Stone built 42′ Sloop. R-4 built for the Corinthian yacht club in 1927. I wold love to see Artkur get a total restoration. Are you still interested?
