By Associated Press – Richard Neal and his fiancée rode out Hurricane Matthew on a platform 30 miles off the North Carolina coast. The platform is part of an old Coast Guard light station that was abandoned in 2004. After the light station was abandoned, Neal purchased it for his vacation home. Read more….
