Following 14 years of fruitful sponsorship of the Panerai Classic Yachts Challenge (PCYC), the high-end watchmaking brand is sailing onto new horizons. From 2019, the brand will cease the association with the classic circuit of sailing. Only in the UK the Cowes regatta, with its emblematic meaning, will be still sponsored by Panerai in 2019. After that Panerai will say farewell to sponsoring the classic circuit. Only the brand’s ‘moving address’ [the Fife ketch] Eilean will continue to represent that world.
