  1. Greetings! Wonderful to see this beauty again! I owned her, Sybaris in 1984. I sold her locally in S.F. In 1992. Printed on her sail bags leftover in the locker had an earlier name, Irolita. At the time, she was berthed near her much older, bigger sister, Dorade. I spent an afternoon in NYC in the Sparkman -/ Stephens office chatting with Rod Stephen’s enjoying his unbridled excitement at seeing his beloved Loki carrying her black hull. He was not excited about the workmanship at the Heidtmann boat works however, considering it one of the key factors that the yawl’s production was not more enduring. She will live in my heart however, enduringly! It is great to see her under sail!
