The Classic Boat Rally is an annual event of sailing adventure, racing, and social interaction along the IntraCoastal Waterway from Savannah to Beaufort (SC) with an emphasis on classic sailboat design. Sailboats with PHRF 240 to 340 are welcome, with advance registration. Motor, charts and GPS, VHF radio required. Cruise Beaufort to Savannah May 2-3, race Savannah to Hilton Head May 4, race Hilton Head to Beaufort May5. Races imbedded in the journey, PHRF pursuit (staggered starts) format.

Summary Welcome to the eleventh annual Classic Boat Rally (“CBR”) being held on the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) for non-planing (displacement) sailboats having an overall length of at least 16 feet, combining the adventure of long distance sailing on the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) with pursuit-format racing daily along the journey, and sharing social interaction on shore in the evenings.
