Today (July 13, 2015) at 13:00 EDT, Matt Brook’s 52-foot yawl Dorade finished the 2015 Transatlantic Race, beating Rod and Olin’s 1931 record by more than a day, despite having gone almost 200 miles further due to this year’s exclusion zone. The team’s preliminary standings (pending the rest of the finishes) are second place in the Classics and IRC 4 classes and sixth in IRC Overall. Stay tuned for a full update shortly!
