UP FOR AUCTION: 1946 Kettenberg Pacific Class “PC” (named Route 66) Mahogany single planked (3/4″ net) on original (1-1/8″) sister oak frames, round bilge, modified full keel, class racing and day sailing sloop.
Built as PC-66 by Kettenberg Boat Works. External lead ballast 2,450-lb. Sail Area- approximately 395 sq. ft. No overnight accommodations. This class is part of a re-popularized local fleet. Vessel is solely used for class racing and day sailing. Vessel considered suitable for day sailing and class racing as found in San Diego.
Bottom paint was completed in 2019, Diver report states. (No Concern/
Length- 31’10” Draft- 4’6″ Beam- 6’8″ Weight- Estimate 4,800-lb
There is also a Seagull Outboard motor that comes with the vessel, its operating ability is unknown. 2015 SURVEY AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST
