The 175th Royal Hobart Regatta will see three days of fantastic continuous activity on the Derwent River and Queens Domain. All of the events organizers are planning something special for the 175th and are bringing back some traditional features such as the Greasy Pole Tug of War and Wooden Dinghy racing.
Australian Wooden Boat Festival partnership
The Royal Hobart Regatta joined forces with the Australian Wooden Boat Festival to showcase feature events including a sail past of wooden boats and tall ships classic wooden speedboat demonstration run. These were highly successful and added some spectacular viewing for Royal Hobart Regatta patrons.
