History:
One of eighteen NY 30s built during the Winter of 1904 for members of the New York Yacht, under a special amendment of the by-laws, which previously banned yachts of this size.
At the start of her inaugural season her commissioning owner passed and was afterwords acquired by Mr. Vanderbilt, who entered her in the three remaining races in Newport.
