Historical:
Commissioned by Riccardo Preve and named after his beloved wife Carolina. The Ligurian family continued to own Caroly up until 1982, where she was then donated to the Italian Navy to be used as a training ship for the students of the Naval Academy. Skippered by 27 officers, Caroly then travelled 54,000 miles and visited 435 national and international ports. To this day she remains in excellent condition, and is still a part of the italian fleet and is collecting success and admiration in the world.
