Eligibility and Entry

The St. Barths Bucket is an invitational event, open to sailing yachts whose LOA is 30.5 meters (100 feet) or greater, unless invited under the ‘grandfather clause’. The invitation matrix is comprised of many factors including the yacht’s size and past participation, with consideration given to contributions to the spirit of the event, sponsor affiliation and other factors. A primary goal for the event is the yacht owner’s enjoyment; hence chartered yachts receive a lower priority.
