Eric Tabarly will remain, in the minds of all French people, as a legendary sailor. His saga and his exploits are forever associated with a line of legendary boats: the Pen Duicks. Produced by the Thalassa Magazine team, the two films tell the story of the Tabarly epic in images. The legend begins with Pen Duick I: the boat on which Eric had learned to sail; his father’s boat, a long black cutter built almost 100 years ago. Subsequently, he will give this name of Pen Duick to all his boats, creating a real dynasty and accumulating records, victories and trophies.
