CowesClassicsWeek.Org – There are many new entries for 2021 that have not previously competed in Cowes Classics Week, including Sir Robin Knox-Johnston with his famous ketch SUHAILI, in which Sir Robin was the first to sail singlehanded non-stop around the world in the Golden Globe 1968-69.
Recently refitted, Sir Robin will no doubt be seeking to take silver away by the end of the week! We very much hope that Suhaili will spend some time on the Trinity Landing at the Royal London Yacht Club allowing the opportunity to see her close up.

It is only because of the generous support of sponsors and almost 100 volunteers that we are able to present such an exciting and comprehensive regatta with 5 different race courses and over 17 classes. As well as Classics Day on 6th July featuring up to 60 Classic Cars and Power Boats on the Parade and moored on the RLYC Pontoons, there are several new social events, the details of which will be available soon for booking.
When you enter Cowes Classics Week you may consider also entering the Round The Island Race or the Windeler Cup on Saturday 3rd July thereby enjoying a full weekend and following week of outstanding Solent sailing.
Tea and Cakes will be served at the Royal London Yacht Club after racing every day and there are different social events organised for every evening at one of the Cowes clubs.
