Strong winds and big swells tested the Sydney Hobart Classic Yacht Regatta fleet, with a pursuit start for Race 1.
Race 2 will take place on Sunday 12 December, with a scratch start near Cannae Point – the original starting line for the first Sydney Hobart in 1945.
