The 47th Annual Newport Music Festival proudly presents 17 year-old piano sensation and First Prize Winner of the Ninth National Chopin Piano Competition (Miami), Eric Lu in concert. Also a First Prize recipient at the 2013 e-Piano Junior Competition, Lu makes his Newport debut as the Festival’s Young Artist-of-the-Year with an outstanding all Chopin program. Enjoy this young artist’s awe-inspiring performance from one of the Newport Preservation Society’s historic Newport Mansions and most beautiful venues, The Breakers.
