Arabesque and Nashua on Classic Boat Magazines Shortlist

NASHUA – Spirit of Tradition (Over 40ft/12.2m) – Designed Bob Stephens, and built by Rockport Marine, Rockport, Maine 46ft 9in (14m) is the fourth W-46 from Donald Tofias’ W-Class Yachts, a modern interpretation of the Vintage greyhounds from the design boards of Herreshoff, William Fife III, Starling Burgess, etc…

ARABESQUE – Spirit of Tradition (Over 40ft/12.2m) – Designed by Ted Fontaine, of the Fontaine Design Group is among the world’s elite designers of large custom sailing yachts. Specializing in shallow draft, wide beam, deep centerboard hull forms, reminiscent of the designs from Ted Hood. ARAESQUES  was designed for a client who admired the  beauty of the Friendship 40, but wanted a larger version for extended cruising. She was built by the fine craftsman of Rockport Marine, Rockport, Maine, her LOD is 50ft (15m)
